401(k)
To help our employees build a secure future, we offer a safe harbor 401(k) plan and match employee contributions up to four percent (must complete a year of service at Kinship to be eligible).
Healthcare
Kinship offers HSA and PPO medical plan options, as well as dental and vision coverage, so employees can select the plan(s) that best fit their needs. We provide full coverage for employees and partial coverage for family members for certain plans.

Taking time off is essential to well-being. We offer generous paid time off policies that provide our employees the freedom to balance the responsibilities of both their work and home lives.
Flexible schedule
We know standard hours don’t work for everyone and, when possible, provide flexibility for our employees to choose a schedule that meets their needs. We also offer a hybrid work model for suitable positions so our employees can choose the arrangement that works best for them on any given day.
Community service
Giving back to our community is essential, and we welcome our employees to take part with us. We provide opportunities to opt in to payroll deductions for charitable donations, plan company community service events, and work with Camp Korey to donate materials and labor on an ongoing basis.
