401(k)
To help our employees build a secure future, we offer a safe harbor 401(k) plan and match employee contributions up to four percent (must complete a year of service at Kinship to be eligible).

Kinship offers HSA and PPO medical plan options, as well as dental and vision coverage, so employees can select the plan(s) that best fit their needs. We provide full coverage for employees and partial coverage for family members for certain plans.

Requesting Your Form 1095-C
In accordance with federal requirements, Kinship Group furnishes Form 1095-C upon request rather than automatically distributing paper copies. Eligible current and former employees may request a paper copy of their Form 1095-C at any time from January 31 through October 15 of the year following the applicable calendar year. Requests may be submitted by emailing careers@kinshipgroup.com or calling 253-288-8455. Paper copies will be mailed to the individual’s address on file within 30 days of the request. Electronic copies may be provided upon request with the individual’s consent and will be delivered securely. This notice applies to all individuals who may be eligible to receive Form 1095-C.
